In partnership with Colors and Canvas and the Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery, students had the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of painting while learning about some of Stockton’s Historic landmarks.

Students learned about historic places in Stockton such as the University of the Pacific while creativity expressing themselves through art.

Local painting instructor Francis Yamuni taught students of varying skill levels the fundamentals of painting so that students could apply the techniques they learned to their own art in the future.
