Unbound Stockton Community School is a FREE community focused public charter school that combines high quality academics with weekly hands-on community experiences. We are a 4th - 8th grade school creating a safe, inclusive learning environment that allows ALL students to be 21st Century learners and leaders.

Hands-on and Real-World Learning:
Instead of memorizing a traditional textbook inside a closed classroom, students engage in experiential, project-based learning. This includes weekly field trips, coding clubs, and maker projects.

Students connect regularly with local leaders, city organizations, and community mentors (referred to as "coaches") to solve real issues right in Stockton.

Safe and Inclusive Space:
The school is designed to be racially and socioeconomically diverse, fostering a welcoming, affirming community where kids learn to work across lines of difference and build self-confidence.

Small Class Sizes and 1:1 Attention:
Unlike massive, impersonal traditional middle or elementary schools where children can get overlooked or feel like "just a number," Unbound Stockton keeps classes small so students receive individualized support.
